Matthew Hara: Yogi, musician, and craftsman. After a life-changing experience at 20, he began a transformative journey through yoga, meditation, and many years studying and serving alongside monks and yogis in India immersing himself in ancient practices and seva. He has shared extensively the tools and principles that helped him transform his life, offering heart-centered yoga classes and guidance for others on their path of awakening, as well as uplifting musical prayers that inspire communion with the Universal.
